HOTEL LO MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS SL, from now on referred to as HOTEL-LO, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and hereby informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD) with regard to protection, the processing of personal data, the free movement of such data and the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2011, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), which is why we have provided the following information.

The purpose of data collection and processing: To maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations that we will need this information for are the following:

Processing orders, or any type of request that the user makes through any of the forms of contact we make available.

The forwarding of commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, which enable us to carry out commercial communications. These communications will be made by HOTEL-LO and will be related to its products and services, as well as collaborators or suppliers with whom it has a business agreement. We emphasize that third parties will never have access to a user’s personal data.

Sending CVs: Sending CVs through this web site means that you consent to the inclusion and processing of your data in the CURRICULUMS file, which belongs to this company. The data obtained from your curriculum vitae may be used for the purpose of selecting personnel for possible hiring by HOTEL LO MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS SL.

Legitimation: The legal basis for the processing of your data is the contractual need to do so. Such processing refers to our commercial, employment or administrative partners, and is necessary for its maintenance or compliance.

Data retention criteria: Data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of its processing. When it is no longer necessary for that purpose, then they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction.

The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if he or she considers that the processing is not in accordance with the regulations in force.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The Users, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, expressly accept, freely and unequivocally, that these data are necessary in order for the provider to meet their request,  with the rest of the data in the remaining fields being entirely voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to HOTEL-LO are true and they are responsible for communicating any changes to them.

HOTEL-LO hereby informs and expressly guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that, whenever any type of transfer of personal data is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested beforehand. All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to ensure an optimal service to the User. In the event that not all the data are provided, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to your needs.

3. SECURITY FEATURES

In accordance with the provision of the regulations in force on personal data protection, HOTEL-LO is complying with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data for which they are responsible, and also with the principles described in article 5 of the RGPD and article 4 of the LOPDGDD, which ensures that they will be processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and that this processing will be appropriate, relevant, and limited to what is strictly necessary for the purposes they are needed for.

HOTEL-LO guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies in order to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPDGDD for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Users, and that they have duly informed the Users in order for them to exercise those rights if need be.
